Return and Refund Procedure
Please contact our Customer Service Team to apply for a return, indicating the items you would like to return and the reason. If there is any quality issue, please provide related photos of said items accordingly.
You will receive a confirmation email including return instructions and return address from our Customer Service Team as soon as possible.
After receiving the return instructions, please package up the items to be returned with the original packing and provide the related waybill number to our Customer Service Team once you shipped out the parcel.
Within 5-10 days after our warehouse has received and checked your return items, the corresponding refund will be issued to the original payment method according to your communication with our service team.
Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and unused, with all tags attached and without any marks or signs of wear (ex. makeup marks, deodorant marks, etc.) to be eligible for return.
For reasons of hygiene, the following items cannot be returned: bodysuits, lingerie, socks, underwear, and other personal clothing.
Please make sure to contact our customer service team first before you return the items. Any returned items without previous contact will not be accepted.
If your purchase with a coupon, we have the right not to refund the coupon you have used. Please use your coupons prudently.

Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any return that does not meet our policy or exceeded the valid 15 days return period will not be accepted. If the return is not related to quality issues, the shipping cost will be beard by the customer.

Loose threads, raw edges, thickness, touch, and color difference in monitor display do not constitute quality issues;
Returns due to dissatisfaction in style, color, and changes in personal reason do not constitute quality issues;
Damages due to use, wash, care, improper maintenance, self-repair, modifications, or other human factors do not constitute quality issues;
Defective goods that have been clearly indicated at the time of purchase do not constitute quality issues and will not be accepted for returns;
There may be slight differences to different sizes with the same items due to individual design and style in items.
The sizing chart and the customer service team can only offer recommendations before your purchase. Returns due to sizing issues do not constitute quality issues.
