2. How long does it take to receive my order?

Your order will be delivered within 8-20 business days of order confirmation. (Weekend delivery is not available.)

3. Do I have to pay customs fees in case of International delivery?

No, you don’t need to pay customs fees.

4. Will VAT be added to my order?

No, we will be glad to take over the VAT.

5. How much will the shipping cost be?

Free shipping for all products.

6. How do I pay for my order?

The payment method includes Paypal, Credit Card and Cash On Delivery. But COD is only applicable to Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait.

7. How do I exchange or return an order?

You shall contact our Customer Service Team to apply for a return first. And they will send you a confirmation email including return instructions and return address. You can do it according to the return instructions.
